I moved our plan to AT&T, bought new phones, had a few technical issues with the phones, etc. I wanted to say what a pleasant, competent person Matt Stearns is. He gave me a Cell Phone 101 the first visit and thoroughly explained differences between the phones,  Blackberrys, how they worked, etc. Every time we have come in with a question or concern he has been so patient and so helpful.  The Broadcasters Foundation of America has been using Ron Ranc and ISD for the past ten
years . Ron is always available, in a timely fashion, whenever we need his assistance. Ron makes
periodic trips to our office in Greenwich, Connecticut for training and system checks.
ISD provides support for all our software, email, internet access, remote access,
security, backup and our Blackberry phones.
Being geographically quite some distance from
Greenwich has never interfered with lSD's
